Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm IST are dispatched the same working day. Gift-wrapped orders may take one extra day for finishing.
Delivery times
Metro cities: 2–3 working days. Rest of India: 4–6 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.
Shipping charges
Flat ₹149 on orders under ₹2,999. Free insured shipping above that. Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
Returns
Unused, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Fragrances must be unopened with the cellophane intact for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
Wrong size or strap? We'll exchange it once, free of charge, within 7 days. Just message the concierge and we'll arrange pickup.
Damaged in transit
Send an unboxing photo within 48 hours and we'll replace the piece immediately — no debate, no restocking fee.
