About us
NutanWear is a Shillong-based gifting and lifestyle store. We curate fragrances, gifts, plant pots, women's fashion and bags — and if we do not stock it, we will try to source it for you.
Privacy policy
We collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order: name, phone number, email and delivery address. We never sell or share your information with third parties, except with delivery partners to fulfil your order. Payment reference details you share are used solely to confirm your payment.
Return policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Fragrances that have been opened, personalised gifts and custom-sourced items cannot be returned. To start a return, WhatsApp or email us with your order reference and photos of the item.
Shipping policy
Orders are packed within 1-2 working days. Delivery inside Shillong usually takes 1-3 days; the rest of India takes 4-8 working days. You will receive tracking details on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
